Please Join us in an afternoon of Food, Beverage, Music, Design and Dance…as Chameleon celebrates its 19th year of business on Sunday, February 14th from 1-5:00 p.m. at the Chameleon Home store at 415 E. Branch St. in the Arroyo Grande Village.

Win and I want to thank you, our wonderful customers for your support for 19 incredible years. As you know our store is constantly changing and evolving. We have sought to always have exciting fabrics for your home, workroom services, great furniture products to enjoy, and a camaraderie of design spirit!
I have also found out by talking with many of you that we have another huge interest in common… Dancing!
So we’re cleaning out the back of the barn and spreading out a dance floor for an interesting afternoon of eclectic dance including folk dancing from Greece, the Balkans, Israel and the Middle East. We’ll through in a touch of line dancing and good ol’ American Salty Dog Rag. No partners necessary.
Almost all the dances are easy to follow so even if you have never folk-danced it will be easy to just join in and learn as you go!

We plan to have wines from Roxo Winery, Talley Farms and Phantom Rivers. Appetizers and sweets will be served. There will be door prizes and drawing for gift certificates. This will be an opportunity to show your spouse or partner our furniture and our on-site factory.

RSVP
Even though this event is free we would greatly appreciate your RSVP so we can plan for the food.

My Chameleon Bucket List
As a business owner I have had and continue to have many hopes and dreams for our store. When we moved to the barn in 2005 it was a forlorn space complete with spiders, rodents, leaky roofs and chopped up spaces. After a lot of sweat (mostly Win’s) and hundreds of gallons of paint the barn (old Loomis Grain Mill) has been transformed into a great lifestyle store for design.
I have always had a great love of fabrics – a true “fabri-holic”…but is only equal to my love of dancing – any dancing. When I see this big space in the back of the barn it just calls to me to have a dance. So with Valentine’s Day being our store’s anniversary and falling on a Sunday I thought it the perfect time to complete one more item on my bucket list! Who knows, we might turn into a monthly event? I hope you’ll come and join in. –
Oh, P.S. Wear comfortable shoes!
