We reserve the right to research for the original purchase, and to limit or decline returns and refunds. Chameleon Home inspects every product before it is shipped to ensure that your order is not damaged or flawed.
Refunds will not be given on custom orders, clearance, discontinued, or holiday/seasonal merchandise.
All Refunds will only be eligible for store credit (upon review) for the item’s lowest price sold. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise store credit, merchandise exchange, or company-issued check.
All Refunds within 90 days of your purchase date with an original receipt will receive a full refund will be offered in the original method of payment, as a merchandise exchange, or company-issued check. Cut fabrics will only be eligible for merchandise replacement or exchange.
If your order is received damaged by the result of shipping and handling, we will replace your order with undamaged goods.
Items not eligible for an In-Store or Online Return or Refund:
- Custom Orders, clearance, discontinued and holiday/seasonal merchandise.
- Any item that is not in sell-able condition.
- Fabric or trim that has been altered after purchase (e.g., cut, dyed, washed).
- Fabric Swatches.
- Fabric remnants.
- Pillow Forms.
- As stated on the cards, gift cards and merchandise return cards may not be redeemed for cash.
- The shipping and handling charges will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
